• Nick Roscha, Partner. Nick received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside (BA in History/Law), and his law degree from the University of Dayton in 1995. After starting his legal practice in Walnut Creek, he joined Andersen in 1999. Nick represents his clients on a broad range of matters, including drafting and enforcing residential and commercial leases, acquisition and sale of real property, mechanics lien enforcement, CEQA compliance, land use planning and development, and litigation.

• Christopher N. Odne, Partner. Christopher graduated from the University of Southern California in 2001 with degrees in Business Administration and Finance. He received his law degree in 2005 from the University of San Diego, where he was active in the Business Law Society. Christopher’s focus is on litigation, business law, real estate, and land use matters.
